Golf Shoulder Turn Full Turn
To practice making a full golf shoulder turn without the use of a golf club, take two Tour Sticks and lay one on the ground horizontal to your target line and the other across your chest parallel to the target line with your arms crossed over it. Now rotate your body away from the intended target as if making a backswing. When complete, the stick across your chest should be in line with or slightly behind the stick on the ground. The next step is to rotate through as if on your downswing. Once again, if you make a full turn, the stick on your chest will be in line or slightly in front of the stick on the ground.
